Scheduling and cancellation policy

 We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations. Your appointments are very important to Citrine and our staff who depend on them for income.

STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!

 Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments will be confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.  

 Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply. 

STRICKLY ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

Thank you for respecting our providers’ time and helping us consistently serve you better. This policy protects our schedule and ensures availability for all our clients.

Same Day Rescheduling Fee- $25

A $25 fee will be charged for rescheduling on the same day as your appointment.

Same Day Cancellation Fee – $50

A $50 fee will be charged for any cancellation made the day of your appointment.

No-Show Fee – $75

A $75 fee will be charged if you miss your appointment without notifying us. Thereafter a 100% full deposit will be required to make future appointments.

 This cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members schedule filled, thus better serving everyone. Citrine are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. Thank you for choosing Citrine! 

  Busy schedules often force you to arrive late. We promise to make our best effort to fit your service into the schedule. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may have to modify your service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule the service – If that is the case, a 50% fee will be required for the appointment missed.  

  As a courtesy, we will text and email to confirm your service appointments prior to your appointment date. You will also receive an automated text 2 hours prior to your appointment time. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and any subsequent fees.

  We will continue to take extra precautions - (NOT JUST FOR COVID-19) but for the health and wellness of ALL of our staff and clients. 

You must reschedule your spa service if you:

*Have any sickness symptoms within the last 4 days

*Been in contact with any sick person within the last 4 days

Cancellation Policy: If you schedule an appointment and become ill or exposed, you can cancel anytime without consequence.
