Scheduling and cancellation policy

 We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations. Your appointments are very important to Citrine and our staff who depend on them for income.

STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!

 Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments will be confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.  

 Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply. 

- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount for first time – thereafter 100% and a deposit will be required to make any future appointments.

 - “NO SHOWS” will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount first time – thereafter 100% and a deposit will be required to make future appointments. 

 - Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.

 - Any multiple services or combos must be held with a deposit of 50%. Multiple services or combos not cancelled 24hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. 

 This cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members schedule filled, thus better serving everyone.   Busy schedules often force you to arrive late. We promise to make our best effort to fit your service into the schedule. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may have to modify your service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule the service – If that is the case, a 50% fee will be required for the appointment missed. 

  As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your service appointments two business day prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee. We are a "MASK PERMITTED" business. This means that our clients may choose if they would like to wear a mask or not.

 Our therapists and employees may be wearing masks while at Citrine. 

ALL THERAPISTS WILL WEAR MASKS DURING TREATMENTS.  

  We will continue to take extra precautions - (NOT JUST FOR COVID-19) but for the health and wellness of ALL of our staff and clients. 

You must reschedule your spa service if you:

*Have any sickness symptoms within the last 4 days

*Been in contact with any sick person within the last 4 days

Cancellation Policy: If you schedule an appointment and become ill or exposed, you can cancel anytime without consequence. ** Please be courteous and honest.

Risks Related to COVID-19 and Massage Therapy: There are inherent risks of giving and receiving massage therapy during this pandemic, and we now better understand more of the risks. We think it is important to include that there is mounting evidence that shows blood clotting as a symptom of COVID-19 and can present even when no other symptoms have. This is particularly relevant as it relates to massage therapy. Patients with COVID-19 are presenting with Deep Vein Thrombosis who otherwise would not. The risk of stroke and pulmonary embolism is much higher. Even if you have no symptoms at all you can still be presenting with blood clots which massage therapy could possibly dislodge, resulting in health complications or death. We want you to be informed and know what the potential risks are so you can proceed with caution.
